2. Use of the App

• GE Alerts is provided for personal, non-commercial use
• You must be 13 years or older to use the app
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro Monthly ($2.99/month) and Pro Yearly ($19.99/year) subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Lifetime ($49.99) is a one-time non-refundable purchase
• Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in GE Alerts is owned by GE Alerts. The OSRS Grand Exchange price data is sourced from the official Jagex API and remains the property of Jagex Ltd.

5. Disclaimer

GE Alerts is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex Ltd. Old School RuneScape is a trademark of Jagex Ltd. Price data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy of pricing data.

6. Limitation of Liability

GE Alerts is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from reliance on data provided by this app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the app for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
